No, platform is built exclusively for your school or company with branding & customization. No data or information is shared with other LMS setup.

Yes, it depends on your plan. For example, in S-4000 plan, upto 4000 active users can use the platform. Active user is defined as a user who logs into the LMS platform at least once in that month. Even if there are more than 4000 users added in the system, as long as the active user count is 4000 or less, you will not be charged anything extra.

Plans are designed based on the server resources required to provide reliable & optimum performance based on the number of users using the platform. As the number of users increases, requirement for server resources like processor, memory, storage, bandwidth increases. By limiting the number of users, we are able to offer very affordable plan options to choose from based on your student strength.

Storage capacity is designed considering the number factors like subject data, user data, files, etc in a typical blended learning setup for K12 school. This storage should be more than sufficient for normal use. For some reason, your storage requirements higher, we can increase it for a small charge.

Custom branding means changing the look & feel of LMS website like logo, header, footer, front-page, color scheme , etc based on your school requirement.

Training will be around Moodle LMS basics & how to use Moodle in a blended learning setup (student/teacher/manager), etc. You can decide what kind of training your school needs based on training hour credits in your plan. If you need additional hours of training outside the plan, we can provide that for a reasonable fee.

All training will be through webinars. For schools in Bangalore, we may be able to come down to your school for training. If your school is outside Bangalore & looking for in-person training, travel cost will have to be borne by the school.

Subject templates are essentially course templates in Moodle mapping to all subjects of CBSE & ICSE curriculum. This is to help teachers get started with the platform without having to create these manually from scratch.
